Children's Privacy
DrawsUp takes children's privacy seriously and is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This notice explains how children's information is handled and complements our Privacy Policy.
Accounts are for adults
Accounts on DrawsUp are intended for adults (18 and older). Children do not create their own accounts or interact with the service directly.
Minors participate through a parent or guardian
A parent or guardian with an account can register and manage a minor as a participant. In doing so, the guardian provides the limited information needed to enter an event (such as the child's name and, where relevant, age group or rating) and consents to its use for that purpose.
We don't knowingly collect from children directly
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that a child provided personal information to us without a guardian's involvement, we will delete it.
Parental rights
A parent or guardian can review the information associated with a minor they manage, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to further use. To do so, contact us or email privacy@drawsup.com.
