Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DrawsUp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use DrawsUp.

You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be an adult to hold an account; minors participate through a managing parent or guardian.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, don't:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload harmful or abusive content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the platform;
• misrepresent yourself or use the service to spam or defraud others.

DrawsUp is a platform for organizers to run their own events. Organizers are responsible for their events – including the rules, schedule, eligibility, communications, and any refunds. DrawsUp does not run events and is not a party to the agreement between an organizer and a participant.

DrawsUp is free to use. When entry fees are collected online, a small platform fee may apply to card payments, and card-processing costs are passed through from our payment provider. Funds are paid out to the organizer's connected account – DrawsUp does not hold your funds.

Refunds are decided and issued by the event's organizer under their event's policy, and may be full or partial. If you withdraw, a refund covers your entry fee; the platform fee and card-processing costs are not refunded. If the organizer cancels the event or the division you entered, they can also refund the platform fee and card-processing costs.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant DrawsUp the permission needed to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service (for example, showing an event listing or a draw).

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrawsUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using DrawsUp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and its users.

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Contact us.
